Title: Elmo - Old English Sheepdog

Elmo was handed in through no fault of his own. He is 5 years old (dob 7/8/09). He is fully vacc'd and microchipped, but not neutered.

Spent a bit of time with Elmo this morning, he is a gentle giant, very friendly and a big softie! Just wants some love in his life x

I had the pleasure of taking Elmo out for a nice long walk today - and I can say that we both enjoyed it very much!
Elmo is such a friendly and gentle big boy, he walks very nicely on the leash and is responsive and pleasant to deal with.
Elmo can sit and give a paw, he walks to heel when prompted and to my surprise without being asked when you run with him :)) He comes when called and waits when you ask him.

Elmo is dog-friendly but gets really excited when he meets other dogs - he will benefit from being neutered. Otherwise he was calm with people and around lifestock and a really nervous horse, as well as walking along busy roads.
Elmo is a great boy, he told me that he would love a foster place (without a resident dog).
