I have just had a phone call from Jean who adopted Beth the lab in April 2013 and I am in shock. Poor Beth went to the bridge she has had a few tumors removed this year and things were going well, but she took a turn for the worse and the cancer had spread Jean said she deteriorated so quickly. Everything was tried but to no avail and the decision was made to let her go.
Jean is devastated as they were soul mates and transformed each others lives they both learnt to live life again, they were the perfect match. Beth has left a huge hole in Jeans life they loved each other so much.
Run free gorgeous girle with all the other fur babies you had such aa fantastic live with you mum angel.gif angel.gif

So sorry to hear this, but it's great that Beth was so much loved for the 3 years she was with Jean. I had my darling Maddy for 4 short years, but I wouldn't have changed that for the world! Those were 4 years of her knowing she was loved & she died with people who cared deeply about her. Beth is the same, that must be a comfort (big hugs!)

Aaah what sad news, run free Beth.

So sorry to hear this sad news. We know just how you must be feeling Jean having lost our lab Amber in May. We still feel her presence and the other day I was in the kitchen and felt a little nudge on the back of my leg. Amber used to do that when I was preparing food. It was very reassuring and I just turned round and said ' I know you're there Amber'
