Jasmine is a very sweet and pretty little girl. She was continually straying and so her family agreed to hand her in.
She has only been with me for 5 days, so I am unable to give a full assessment of her, but so far she has been a little angel Very Happy . She is housetrained, has learnt how to sit and comes from the garden when called. She is also learning to walk nicely on a lead. She does not seem to have had much in the way of training before, but is biddable and eager to please. She sleeps happily and quietly downstairs in her crate overnight.
She is very friendly around people and lived with children in her previous home. She is also very gentle so I do not see her having any issues with anyone. She is playful of course, but not boisterous. She is a slightly timid and submissive girlie and used to wee and roll on her back or flatten in fright Sad . She is gaining in confidence though and this is no longer happening, but she would need to have continued quiet and gentle handling.
She shares my home with Phantom and is submissive to him, but they do play Laughing . She is not food or toy possessive with him or with us. She does seems to be fearful of other dogs when out on a walk, which I'm guessing may be down to having to fend for herself when straying. It is early days yet though and I'm hoping this will sort itself out when she gains more confidence.
She is gentle, loving and waggly and would make a lovely addition to a family.
