The behavourist has met Marge and is happy for her to be rehomed.
Marge is a very friendly girl who will need to go to an experienced German Shepherd home. She is a little underweight and has been diagnosed with pancreatic deficiency disorder. The medication for this involves a powder being sprinkled on her food at meal times. The medication is inexpensive and our vets have kindly offered to provide the medication free if Marge is homed locally.
Her own family gave her up and requested that she be put to sleep but she is such a young friendly dog with an easily managed medical condition so instead she found her way to the rescue and is now looking for a family who will give her the loving home she deserves.
She likes children especially if they play ball with her but she will need to be supervised around children because she is big and bouncy. She will be fine with dog confident cats.
